When my students’ challenges go beyond technical skills and confidence, I partner with Lauren Simonis. Lauren’s background in somatic embodiment practices, yoga, mindfulness, and tutoring come together to help students succeed.

As a tutor specializing in science-based, somatic support, Lauren focuses on helping nervous test-takers overcome their anxiety and approach exams with a sense of calm and confidence.
